We fit in where you need us

We get that every person and business are unique. We listen to where you are in life and tailor a service that caters to your needs. Some of our clients need frequent assistance, some once a year and others somewhere in between. All of these are ok. Rather than try and fit you into some mould, we listen to you and figure out how we can best help you.

We’ll always act in your best interests

We’re not after short term gain. We understand that it’s actually in our best interests to consistently provide all our clients with insightful and honest feedback. If we think you’re better off restructuring your affairs so that there’s less work for us, we’ll have no hesitation in telling you this.

We’re fans of technology

We’re always looking for better ways of doing things. Whether this be something on your end or internal to how we operate, we’re always interested in new technology, software packages, apps and tools which might make both of our lives easier.

This helps us to provide a superior service whilst keeping our prices competitive.

Fixed fees

For our business clients needing regular services, we usually put together an annual package processed as a monthly direct debit. This benefits both of us:

  • You know ahead of time exactly what your fees will be.
  • It helps smooth both of our cash flows out.
  • It reduces the invoicing and payment administration.
  • You get access to our team whenever you need them.

We’re accessible

We understand that it’s not always possible to contact someone immediately, however when we’re unavailable we always aim to get back to you within 1 business day. In the rare event that we can’t do this, we’ll let you know why and when we’ll be able to get back to you.

We’re paperless

We care about the environment and minimising waste, so we always look to avoid using paper wherever possible. We find this usually works better for our clients as well.

  • I’m saved by the grace of God (aka a Christian)!
  • I’m married to Hannah and together we have 3 little boys.
  • I enjoy playing/watching most sports. My main sport is field hockey, but I’ve also dabbled in squash, cycling, volleyball, touch football, cricket and tennis over the years.
  • I’ve taken on the emotional trauma associated with supporting both the Wests Tigers and Sydney Thunder.
  • My ideal weekend would involve playing board games with friends.
  • My faith and family are really important to me.
